Planning a trip to Mexico beach/Port St. Joe area? This company is top-notch! Professional and timely support from Kam. I highly recommend this company! We enjoyed our stay at the beautifully appointed avocado house, which offered everything needed for an enjoyable getaway with our kids and dogs. The location was perfect too - very close to a non heated pool but also within driving distance from another community pool which has heat. Both within a walking distance of beach access points. Needing a bite to eat or shop for groceries? Only a 10 min drive into town! We loved everything! Thanks again!

Renting the coast is so accommodating! No matter what we needed they were immediately responsive and such amazing hosts, will use them again for sure!!

We absolutely loved Beach Daze. It was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was perfectly stocked with every utensil we could possibly need and we felt right at home. I appreciate the fancy beach cart and chairs we used everyday on the beach. They even had games that our family enjoyed each night. We also enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. We created lots of memories here and look forward to booking with you again in the future!

To say this experience was amazing is an understatement! Beach Daze (Beach Blessings) is breathtaking. I would have never thought the Beach Daze was as large as it was but it was huge inside. From the moment I walked in, there was a peace that filled my being. From the salty air to the sunshine that hugged my soul, my family and I were in paradise. We played in the sand during the day. When we returned, there was an outside shower to rinse off. At night, we played games or watched the game on the huge tv. The house was a split plan. My in-laws had their suite and the kids had their own area. There was a back patio where we were able to sip a glass of wine. I highly recommend this rental. The host had so much helpful information. The place was so clean. The people were friendly in the neighborhood. The beach was a small stint away. I loved it and I will be back!!

Thanks to Kam and Coastal Dream we were able to find a last minute vacation rental. Kam went out of his way to help me find a rental, even letting me rent a brand new rental to the market! Kam made it all easy! And, the rental Coastal Dream was clean and fully furnished. They had everything needed including beach chairs, toys, cooler, beach wagon and even towels. The kitchen had all items, even an air fryer and blender. All of the items were good quality. The house looked like it was decorated by a home interior decorator. They had things needed for a baby! They even supplied games for the family to play. We had a great time living in a luxury house, with a gold cart to go to the beach and pool right down the road! Thanks for a great stay!

Communication is very important to us, you do not have to worry about being put on hold or waiting until our office opens…we are always available. Our personal touch includes inspections after each check-out and each clean, owner portal on our website, and much regular check-ins with owners and guests. 

Marketing takes time and a lot of effort from a property manager. Renting the Coast takes a strategic approach to market your home. Each house is different, we learn which guests would prefer your home and then target them through many avenues, including email campaigns, google ads, facebook and instagram ads and more.  We personalize ads and meta descriptions on our platforms to fit your property. On top of that, we also have over 3,000 followers on Instagram and we are active in groups across the country promoting your home! Using dynamic pricing and local knowledge of popular events we adjust the rates to maximum your return. 

Enjoy our free low-maintenance services! We are not a company that is going to fee you for every little cost, there is no cost for small repairs! Don’t worry, if your guests have any issues during their stay we are 24/7 and will immediately respond to their emergencies. We have a local that provides all of our homes with quality yard maintenance! We provide monthly maintenance inspections on your property which includes changing the air filter, batteries on the door locks, a full interior and exterior preventative check, and more. 

No annual linen fees with us! Once you stock your home with linens, we handle the rest. Your guests will pay for cleaning services, however, we personally go check after each clean and tidy up where needed. We have a full-time inspector checking after each clean and making sure they home is maintained.  Each time your house is cleaned it will be checked for damages and regular trash and maintenance checks as well. 

Enjoy your home! With Renting the Coast, you can visit 3-weeks from March 1st to Sep 1st with no additional fees. If you prefer to come during the winter (November – Feb) you can do so! We only ask that you pay a higher monthly, please contact for more information about our Snowbird Contract!

Owner statements are provided each month with gross rental income, total expense, and your profit! In your owner portal on our website, you will be able to access statements and see bookings. For a detailed list of what is covered with our management fee, please contact!

Our contracts protect both of us! We do not have hidden fees in our contract. We offer a shorter contract than our competitors and we try to optimize your profit each month by booking more, adjusting prices daily according to the market, and advertising your home on all platforms possible! We do NOT drop fees below daily average market price and will work with you to keep the home booked.
