Our projections are based on the current market, revenue, and occupancy rates. Not only do we compare each property against similar properties and their daily rate to generate custom daily rates, but we also can figure cap rates and actual income. We are a family ran business that is 100% accessible to owners and guests. We treat your home like our own! Communication is very important to us, you do not have to worry about being put on hold or waiting until our office opens…we are always available. Our personal touch includes, personalized gifts for guests, inspections after each check-out and each clean, owner portal on our website, and much more. 

Marketing takes time and a lot of effort from a property manager. Renting the Coast takes a strategic approach to market your home. Each house is different, we learn which guests would prefer your home and then target them through many avenues, including email campaigns, google ads, facebook and instagram ads and more.  We personalize ads and meta descriptions on our platforms to fit your property. On top of that, we also have over 2,500 followers on Instagram and we are active in groups across the country promoting your home! Using dynamic pricing and local knowledge of popular events we adjust the rates to maximum your return. 

Enjoy our free low-maintenance services! We are not a company that is going to fee you for every little cost, there is no cost for small repairs! Don’t worry, if your guests have any issues during their stay we are 24/7 and will immediately respond to their emergencies. We have a local that provides all of our homes with quality yard maintenance! We provide monthly maintenance inspections on your property which includes changing the air filter, batteries on the door locks, a full interior and exterior preventative check, and more. 

No annual linen fees with us! Once you stock your home with linens, we handle the rest at not additional cost. Your guests will pay for cleaning services, however, we personally go check after each clean and tidy up where needed. When we don’t personally clean, we have the TOP RATED cleaning company in the area!  She is amazing too. Each time your house is cleaned it will be checked for damages and regular trash and maintenance checks as well. 

Enjoy your home! With Renting the Coast, you can visit 3-weeks from March 1st to Sep 1st with no additional fees. If you prefer to come during the winter (November – Feb) you can do so! We only ask that you pay a higher monthly, please contact for more information about our Snowbird Contract!

Owner statements are provided each month with gross rental income, total expense, and your profit! In your owner portal on our website, you will be able to access statements and see bookings. For a detailed list of what is covered with our management fee, please contact!

Our contracts protect both of us! We do not have hidden fees in our contract. We offer a shorter contract than our competitors and we try to optimize your profit each month by booking more, adjusting prices daily according to the market, and advertising your home on all platforms possible! We do NOT drop fees below daily average market price and will work with you to keep the home booked.
