-We suggest you bring additional toiletries for your stay
-One towel, one washcloth, one hand towel are provided per guest.
-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.

Beach Blessings for the WIN! Pet-Friendly Comfort with a Free Golf Cart & Screened Porch
What a wonderful place, Beach Blessings for the WIN!! The house accommodated 6 adults and two small Furry friends extremely comfortably. The screened in back porch is a must for the area and was perfect in the evenings and mornings to enjoy the ocean air. Our beach excursions were made easier with the provided golf cart and pull beach cart, they saved a ton of work for us all!!! We had one small hiccup with an appliance but the management team handled it good and took care of the problem. The house was great and the surrounding communities didn’t disappoint. Port St Joe, Mexico Beach and Cape San Blas kept us busy entertained and ,most important, fed all week. We found some awesome spots but Indian Pass Raw Bar was our absolute favorite, it is a cant miss for all seafood lovers. We look forward to returning in the future!! Two Kitchens & 3 Clean Baths! Absolute Family Perfection Steps from the Beach and Pool
We had a wonderful time in beach house with the whole family. Very clean and has a lot of space. Love the location it was so easy to get little ones to the beach and the pool. Also extra parking by the pool area directly behind the home was very helpful. We would have liked to have had TVs in the bed rooms. But overall the home was amazing. Having three clean full bath rooms and two clean kitchen/ living rooms was wonderful for our family beach trip!!! Highly recommend this home for a peaceful relaxing family trip to the beach! We had such a great stay for our group of 10. Not only was it well appointed and homey, but the beach extras were just fantastic - not to mention the golf cart. Spacious and Serene
This house was amazing and perfect for a large family getaway. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The walk to the pool and beach was short and direct. A fantastic week at Beach Blessings
We stayed at Beach Blessings last week 7-5 to 7-12. We had a fantastic time, super close to the pool. The golf cart was a huge plus. We took it every night for ice cream, used it to cart our stuff back and forth to the beach and cruise the pathways to watch the sunset. The house had everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. We rent a home for 6 adults and 2 children every summer and this was by far the best equipped home we have ever stayed at. Amazing house for families!
We had a wonderful vacation with family! The management was very responsive and helpful! We loved the location and all the amenities close by, the pools, having a golf cart to use, etc. The house had plenty of space for our family, the kitchen was well stocked, and the house was nicely decorated with beach house decor. We had a couple very small issues and the management company responded right away! We really appreciated that. We would suggest putting an outdoor fan on the patio as it does get very hot out there.
