Beach Blessings is a 4-bedroom beach house that is a 5-minute walk to the beach. With TWO living areas, this home has 2 sets of washers and dryers, 2 kitchens, and 2 king-size beds! Bring all of your family to this large beach house. You will love the pet-friendly beaches, proximity to the pool, and amenities offered with this home! You can walk the neighborhood, rent a golf cart, or rent bicycles to ride the boardwalk along the beach at sunset. Windmark Beach has a local "Village" where you can get Pizza, visit the Mercantile, listen to live music, or eat at The View on Old 98. Kick back and relax at this coastal home!
The public beach access is a short golf cart ride (see photos) or a 5-7 minute walk past the soon-to-be pool (currently in construction, this is a natural path not a boardwalk at this time). We highly recommend renting a golf cart to drive to the public beach access about 1 mile down the road, local rental companies like Top Notch Beach Rentals deliver bikes, paddle boards, and golf carts.
Currently at this address, the pool behind the house is not completed. The community pool is 2 miles away, and you can take your rented golf cart to it on the path near the beach! Rental Agreement Required to Book and receive check-in instructions to view before booking please request a copy.
Seasonal Tips:
*Follow the fb group "Area Info | Windmark Beach, Mexico Beach, Port St Joe" for updated restaurant times, etc.
*Check Restuarant times as they adjust to busier or slower times
*Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
*Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep watch on this.

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, and bookings that are more than 90 days out may receive a 100% refund. Within 90 days refunds are nonrefundable unless those dates are re-booked for the price of your stay. Bookings made less than the price of your booking are only funded up to the total amount received.

"BEST Beach Vacation #231967"
Brand new house that's totally updated with such cute, modern finishes! We LOVED having two separate spaces. The second living room/kitchen created a bit of a tween hang-out zone. The kids loved making breakfast in "their kitchen" while the adults slept-in undisturbed. The patio furniture is so comfy. I was blown away at all of the kitchen accessories, spices, and tupperware. It made all the difference for our vacation as we had lots of holiday cooking to do. Two ovens helped tremendously as well! Two things to be aware of... If you plan to go to the beach, make sure you have a golf cart. There really isn't a clear walking path by the pool anymore now that there are plantings/pine straw installed. Also, the bedrooms do not have tvs in them. This was totally ok for our family, but might not be for everyone. The tvs in the living rooms are super updated and we easily cast music/movies from our phones to the tvs via airplay. Sometimes I can't even figure out how to work the tv in a rental, but these are very simple. One of the best parts... The beach is absolutely stunning and very quiet. Even during a holiday week, we felt as if we had the beach to ourselves. We loved being able to bring the dogs along. The heated community pool was absolutely perfect. The kids loved it! The property manager is super responsive and so kind and helpful. Do not hesitate to book this fabulous rental property/area. I've been to many rentals over the years and this will be our go-to for sure.

We had a wonderful time at Beach Blessings. The home was clean and beautiful. We rented a good cart for 1 day but really didn’t need it since you can drive your car to entrance of Wind Mark beach. Quiet and lovely vacation.
