This unique home in Mexico Beach, Florida has all that you will need for your vacation to the beach. Bring your boat and dock it in the canal that connects to your backdoor! Enjoy the sunset from the Master Bedroom balcony, or walk over to the white sandy beaches! You will love the coastal decor and modern, stylish look this house has throughout! Being fully loaded, this home has everything from beach chairs to a buggy, towels, and more! Come relax on the beach and enjoy a stress-free getaway!
This house is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with a garage. You have an ocean view from the front of the house including the balcony from the 2nd floor and a window view from the 3rd floor. In the back, you have an overlook of the pool and canal from the back porch, 2nd-floor balcony, and 3rd-floor windows. The third floor has 2 single beds, then you have 3 rooms on the 2nd floor. The bottom floor is your living space, dining room, and kitchen.
Everything is accessible except for the owner's storage closet.
There are 2 parking spots only if you need additional parking please request and confirm before booking.
The boat dock has an 18-hour limit and there is a 2-lane road between the house and the beach. To dock your boat for longer than 18 hours you would have to take it out and then bring it back to break the 18-hour dock limit. There is Parking for only two vehicles, one in the garage and one in the shared driveway. No boat trailer parking, trailers must be parked at the boat ramp and a Trailer parking pass is required. Rental Agreement Required to Book and receive check-in instructions to view before booking please request a copy.
Seasonal Tips:
*Follow the fb group "Area Info | Windmark Beach, Mexico Beach, Port St Joe" for updated restaurant times, etc.
*Check Restuarant times as they adjust to busier or slower times
*Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
*Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep watch on this.

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, and bookings that are more than 90 days out may receive a 100% refund. Within 90 days refunds are nonrefundable unless those dates are re-booked for the price of your stay. Bookings made less than the price of your booking are only funded up to the total amount received.
Deposit Policy
A $55 damage waiver is required.

"Beach Daze" was an amazing, relaxing and comfortable place to stay! The house was welcoming and spotless. Conveniently located to shops and restaurant's. The beach was a short walk across the road. The beach chairs and beach wagon were easy to take back and forth. Kam was a great at communicating and made the process simple to book. My family will definitely be back to stay.
