Pet-friendly, Large Beach Home! You will love the pet-friendly beaches, the 6-seater golf cart, and the proximity to the beach! You can walk the neighborhood, ride the golf cart on the pathway by the pool and beach and take it to get breakfast!

Coastal Dreamer is a 4-bedroom beach house that is a 6-8 minute walk to the beach but has a golf cart that you can take to be at the beach access within 2 minutes. With TWO living areas, this home has 2 sets of washers and dryers, 2 kitchens, and 2 king-size beds! Come with your friends and family and still get your privacy with the mother-in-law, lock off! You will love the pet-friendly beaches, proximity to the pool, and amenities offered. You can walk the neighborhood, take the golf cart, or rent bicycles to ride the boardwalk along the beach. No boats are allowed on the property.

Windmark Beach has a local "Village" where you can get Pizza, visit the Mercantile, listen to live music or eat at The View on Old 98. Kick back and relax at this large, clean, beach home!

The public beach access is a short golf cart ride (see photos) or a 5-7 minute walk past the soon-to-be pool (currently in construction, this is a natural path not a boardwalk at this time). We highly recommend taking the golf cart to drive to the public beach access about 1 mile down the road, local rental companies like Top Notch Beach Rentals deliver bikes, paddle boards, and more!

Currently, at this address, the closest pool is at Windmark near the Village it's about 2 miles away, and you can take your golf cart to it on the path near the beach! Rental Agreement Required to Book and receive check-in instructions to view before booking please request a copy.

Seasonal Tips:
*Follow the group "Area Info | Windmark Beach, Mexico Beach, Port St Joe" for updated restaurant times, etc.
*Check Restuarant times as they adjust to busier or slower times
*Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
*Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep watch on this.

• The bunk bed is a full-size bed over a full-size bed. 
• Pool - resort-style zero-entry community pool that is heated in the cooler months. This is about 2-miles to the "Village" of Windmark. The pool near the house is not yet complete. 
• Children - Children's pack and play and stroller.
• Kitchen - Kitchen Space where guests can cook their own meals, Refrigerator, Microwave, Cooking basics, Pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper, Dishes and silverware, Bowls, plates, cups, Freezer, Dishwasher, Stove, Oven, Coffee maker, Wine glasses, Toaster, Baking sheet, Blender, Barbecue utensils, Charcoal grill, Coffee, Dining table

• You must be 25 years old to rent this property.
• Driving the golf cart under the age of 18 will result in loss of golf cart during your stay and possible eviction.
