Coastal Dreamer is a 4-bedroom beach house that is a 6-8 minute walk to the beach. With TWO living areas, this home has 2 sets of washers and dryers, 2 kitchens, and 2 king-size beds! Come with your friends and family and still get your privacy with the mother-in-law, lock off! You will love the pet-friendly beaches, proximity to the pool, and amenities offered. You can walk the neighborhood, rent a golf cart, or rent bicycles to ride the boardwalk along the beach. No boats are allowed on the property.
Windmark Beach has a local "Village" where you can get pizza, visit the Mercantile, listen to live music or eat at The View on Old 98. Kick back and relax at this large, clean, beach home!
The public beach access is a short golf cart ride (not provided) or a 5 minute walk past the pool (Not heated yet but there is another pool that is heated!). We highly recommend renting a golf cart and driving it to drive to the public beach access about 1 mile down the road. You can rent bikes from us (first come first serve basis).

*It's a 5-7 min walk to the pool from Coastal Dreamer and from the pool you can take the boardwalk to the beach.
THINGS TO KNOW
*The pool by the house is complete and there is a community pool available at the Windmark Village too. This is about 2 miles from Coastal Dreamer, you can rent a golf cart and take it there on the path by the beach!
*The village pool is heated in the winter, but we do not control when it's heated or not. The HOA is in control of heating the pool and the pool maintenance.
*Flat path to the front door.
*This rental is located on floor 1.
*Parking notes: No passes or codes are required. There are also no RVs, boats, or trailer parking permitted.
*You must be 25 years old to rent this property.
*An outdoor shower for rinsing sand off is located on the side of the garage.
*Garbage bin outside - if you are staying on a Monday night, please put the bin near the road as trash pickup day is Tuesday early morning.
*Please note that boats, trailers, and RV's are NOT permitted. Street parking is not allowed.
Seasonal Tips:
*Follow the group "Area Info | Windmark Beach, Mexico Beach, Port St Joe" for updated restaurant times, etc.
*Check Restuarant times as they adjust to busier or slower times
*Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
*Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep watch on this.
