Coastal Haven is a 4-bedroom beach home in Port St Joe, Florida. Unlike most of Windmark, this beach house has gulf views and a connected boardwalk next to the back door that takes you straight to the white sandy beaches. Walking into Coastal Haven from the front-screened porch you will find a bedroom with a queen bed to your immediate left, an open-concept living room with plenty of space for the whole group! Take the stairs up to the master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, the other 2 rooms upstairs have water views and a separated bathroom. When it's time to relax, go out onto the screen back porch and watch the sunset over the water, you are less than 2 minutes from the sand without crossing any roads or passing any homes! Windmark Beach has two community pools, the largest one being less than a half mile from the front door. One of the most popular attractions to Windmark is the 3-mile trail, this sits between the home and the beach. Take the trail for biking, walking, running, or grab a seat along the trail for unique views of the real, natural, Florida.
Windmark Beach has a local "Village" where you can get pizza, visit the Mercantile, listen to live music or eat at The View at St Joe Bay.

*The village pool is heated in the winter, but we do not control when it's heated or not. The HOA is in control of heating the pool and the pool maintenance.

*Parking notes: No passes or codes are required. There are also no RVs, boats, or trailer parking permitted.
*You must be 25 years old to rent this property.
*The garage has beach toys, wagon and other amenities for your stay.
*Garbage bin outside - if you are staying on a Sunday night, please put the bin near the road as trash pickup day is Monday early morning.
*Please note that boats, trailers, and RV's are NOT permitted. Street parking is not allowed.

*Follow the group "Area Info | Windmark Beach, Mexico Beach, Port St Joe" for updated restaurant times, etc.
*Check Restuarant times as they adjust to busier or slower times
*Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
*Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep watch on this.
