*10-12 min walk to the beach, 2–3-minute golf cart ride. Please do not park the golf-cart in other yards without permission.
Seasonal Tips:
*It's very possible to encounter wildlife in Florida such as snakes, alligators, or even bear. Trash needs to be kept in containers and cleaned up if pulled out by animals or blown over by wind.
*Follow the fb group "Area Info | Windmark Beach, Mexico Beach, Port St Joe" for updated restaurant times, etc.
*Check Restuarant times as they adjust to busier or slower times
*Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
*Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep watch on this.

- New 4-Seater Golf Cart included in the price when you book Nautilus. You can park the golf cart at the beach access, you cannot drive the golf cart on the beach at this specific location.
- The pool is heated at an additional cost ($350 for up to 7 days). Please message if you plan on staying longer and want the pool heated.
- This is a 10-12 min walk to the beach, the golf cart is included its a 4-seater, and it's a 3 min ride to the beach on the golf cart, the golf cart cannot be driven on the beach but it can be parked off of the highway by the path to the beach. There are no stairs at this house except for small steps in and out.
- Private Pool, the Pool is not heated yet - please ask about the completion of that.
- Trash goes out on Tuesday mornings, trash MUST be pulled to the road Tuesday mornings due to animals getting in the trash during the night.
