There is plenty of parking with a vehicle capable of parking under the house, then 2 additional spots behind. Pets are not allowed and there is no smoking.

*Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
*Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep watch on this.
Please check in right on time due to cleaning. There is a storage room underneath for your convenience when storing beach equipment. Beach chairs and umbrellas on site. Provided equipment is in the storage room and should be rinsed off and placed back in the room before checkout. We would love to have you at Toucan's Tower 2 and know that you will enjoy your views!

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, and bookings that are more than 90 days out may receive a 100% refund. Within 90 days refunds are nonrefundable unless those dates are re-booked for the price of your stay. Bookings made less than the price of your booking are only funded up to the total amount received.
Deposit Policy
A $55 damage waiver is required.
